Processing Time: Orders ship within 3–5 working days of purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS

Large equipment (cold plunges, saunas) may have higher shipping fees due to size and logistics.

TRACKING

All orders include tracking information via email. You can monitor your delivery progress through the tracking link.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

EU customers: VAT may be calculated at checkout depending on your location.

Non-EU customers: Customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
